Meet Our Team

Hi, I’m Priscilla! My work, and honestly, my whole life, is shaped by the beautifully messy intersections of culture, race, gender, and the wonderfully nonlinear experience of being an AuDHDer. Add in being a military spouse and a parent to two, and you get a life lived across continents, time zones, and seasons of growth. I’ve gathered little pieces of wisdom from every place we’ve called home, and those pieces show up in how I support others.

I’ve spent years watching how systems don’t always fit the people they’re meant to serve. That’s why I’m always looking for ways to meet humans exactly where they are no shrinking, no masking, no “fixing.” Just real connection. Whether I’m working with one person or an entire organization, my goal is the same: help untangle the overwhelm, find the meaning hiding underneath, and create spaces where people can breathe a little deeper and be a little more themselves.

If you’re looking for grounded support, honest reflection, and a place where all your parts are welcome, you’re in the right spot.

Hi, I am Nancy!  I’m a therapist, educator, and consultant with more than 30 years of experience in mental health. My work centers on neurodivergent and neurocomplex adults, with particular interests in giftedness, complex PTSD (C-PTSD), and the intersections of trauma, identity, relationships, culture, and spirituality.

I take a broad view of neurodivergence—one that extends beyond ADHD and autism and recognizes giftedness and trauma-related neurodivergence as important parts of the neurodiversity landscape. I’m particularly drawn to adults whose ways of thinking, feeling, processing, and relating have not always been recognized or understood within traditional frameworks.

My approach is curious, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own experience. Rather than asking you to fit into a predefined box, I’m interested in understanding how all the pieces of your story fit together—and helping you recognize the strengths, needs, patterns, and possibilities that are uniquely yours.

Hello! I’m Regina. My journey as an educator and school counselor has naturally led me here. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with children and families, and those experiences have deepened my passion for supporting families navigating life with neurocomplexity.
My goal is to help families discover practical strategies and meaningful life skills that promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle - emotionally, socially, and daily life at home. I believe that when families feel supported and empowered, children are better able to grow into who they are and who they hope to become.
It is truly an honor to walk alongside families as they learn, grow, and support one another.
